Water instead of petrol

I would like to report Engen Petroleum SA as i was inconvenienced due to the damaged petrol they put in my tank, i wonder how this was not detected and checked before selling that petrol to me, now i have to pay for cabs which is affecting me financially, due to kids transport and my traveling to work. Its been 5 days since my car is still at the dealership due to this fault. I am disappointed and furious as i don't have an alternative transport.
