Suzuki - Sell faulty safety systems and no repairs

Cars & Transport

I purchased a new Suzuki SX4 during November 2011 and had park distance control (PDC) fitted at an additional cost as part of the purchase agreement. The PDC started giving false alarms/readings within 2 months. The matter was discussed with the sales person, Jason Jones, telephonic on many occasions and in person at the dealership on at least 3 occasions as well but to date i am still awaiting corrective measures to be implemented. The matter was escalated to the dealership manager when the vehicle was booked in for the 15000 km service and regardless of promises made to acquire a replacement system/part and contacting us to finalize arrangements, we are still waiting and still can not rely on a safety feature which was sold to us by Suzuki and for which i paid an additional amount.

I am now asking that the faulty system be removed, my money be refunded and that the front an rear bumpers be replaced. Can someone at Suzuki head office please respond or preferable contact me in this regard.
