It is sad indeed that companies take consumers for a ride. Just a few weeks ago, my Nissan NP200 had to be towed in because a Fan belt snapped. The vehicle is barely a year old and has it's FSH. Firstly the service manager at the Branch has a serious chip on his shoulder and the arrogance is sickening. Almost 3 weeks later now and i am able to collect the vehicle after much deliberation and stress. The branch did not once follow up to keep me in the loop, i always had to phone them to find out what is happening. Today i collected the vehicle and now the windscreen is cracked. they insisted on fixing the window through my insurance as they were not going to pay for the damages.. When confronting Renier he said that i can go to the papers and do whatever i want to do, he's not worried as he has more than enough happy customers. I am sick and tired of people like this walking over people, shifting responsibility etc. My vehicle was in their care, had not even a scratch on when it was handed in, came back three weeks later with a cracked windscreen and to top it, the power steering is faulty. Anyone that reads this, DO NOT make use of Global Nissan Sinoville. I urge you to not use them
