Pathetic Service!!!

My Friend Posted a Package for me from JHB to CPT on Monday (Next Day Delivery) and up to now i haven't recieved ANYTHING!!! When i go online to track my package it says DRIVER BUSY..Undelivered... Since Monday??? I Phoned DAWN WING CPT this morning asking what's taking so long... they promised to get back to me... but we all now that service in this country is non exsistent!!! My Waybill number is: 1247079470 ..I Paid for a service!!!
