Unbelievably bad service

My husband took his car to be washed at the Sasol station, Jan Spies Street, Langenhovenpark, Bloemfontein on 26 November 2013. They were not very eager to help him as it was 17h40 and the washing bay closes at 18h00. They hastily washed the car and when we returned to the vehicle (which was parked at the vacuum bay) everybody left and the car's door was open! When he enquired about the key they could not find it. We found the key in the ignition - door open, nobody around!! A man called Motsamai came to apologise, calling the ladies that cleaned the car. They had NO explanation, laughed, shrug their shoulders and said "o askies". My question is, if the vehicle was, who would have taken responsibility? I was horribly shocked to say the least and doubt that we will ever return!!
