Sasol midstream motors damaged car part

I had a front axel from a old kombi i am fixing up .so i had it washed at sasol midstream and after asking them if they could and warned then that they should be care-full, i payed and went to work.

I later came back to see if they had washed it and found that they had damaged the booster Assembly that was attached to the front axel .after asking the washing attendant what happend and being screamed on by them i called the manager and showed him the damaged he said he would pay for the damaged if i supplied him with a invoice of what it would cost so i called the syncro hospitale in pretoria west and asked the owener stuart what it would cost and he said it would cost R580 to replace the broken part. I gave the number to the manager of sasol midstream and he then told me that he has cameras that can prove they did not cause any damaged but he Will investigate... i then went home and came back on monday and asked him what he found and then he said he does not have any cameras to prove that they caused the damage to the front axel.

All i want is for them to replace the damaged part but each time i contact them there storie changes.
