VW customer and after sales service horrible

I bought a mastercar from VW in gauteng, the car ran fine for some time however it stopped moving a year later.

The car was in parked position and unable to move, I called customer service and after almost 2 hours my car was towed. Whilst being pput on the tow truck (which i had to do) the review mirror was damaged.

My car was then towed to VW The Glen, VW refused to tow the vehicle to branch that it was purchased from in Benoni.
The Glen was not aware that my car could not move (after I mentioned to the customer care line). They were too busy to look at my car and it was kept overnight. All this time again they did not give me a curtesy car due to availability and not being able to source from other dealerships. ( My vehicle is under warranty and 2 years old and yet no one could help me.)

It is now 24 hours later and I still dont have an idea as to whats wrong with my vehicle. The dealership is still busy testing my car to get an answer.

Customer care line required me speaking to the supervisor to get an answer on my curtesy car which again I still have not received.

My car is at the dealership and no proper actions for a return and problem have been sent!
