Sold a Damaged Motor vehicle

In 2009 my sister purchased a Hyundai Atos from Hyundai Diep River. She was assured that the vehicle had not been in any accidents and that no work had been done to said vehicle. She paid about R 85 000.00. She was living in the UK at that time. My Mom drove the vehicle and noticed that the driver side mirror wasn't functional. When they went back to enquire why, they were accused of having an accident and replacing said mirror with a pirate mirror. My Mom was 78 year old and had no knowledge of these things! Now that she needs to sell the car as she has moved to Australia, it has also come to light that the motor vehicle is half hyundai and half body putty plus pirate parts! The paint is also flaking off from the body putty. She also received only one full set of keys with a remote. After various emails and posting to their facebook page, I am not getting any response from them. A friend suggested that I contact you on her behalf as i live in South Africa.
