GOING TO THE LAWYERS WITH THIS

I took my 116i in to have it checked after i noticed that its blowing smoke in 1 2 and 3rd gear, car was also overfilled with oil by SNOTTY technician at BMW Clearwater. Anyway, i was PROMISED nothing is wrong and everything in order, well now it is stil blowing smoke! i WILL NOT BRING THE CAR IN! THE CAR WIL BE FETCHED AND DELIVERED BACK TO ME! why must i be inconveneinced for work, I will be consulting a lawyer as i received damaged goods. I want A NEW CAR!!!
