Getting ripped off!

I had to return my car 4 times after a major service for the same thing I took it in for, with people refusing to take blame. I was eventually charged about R24 000 for a 100 000km car service, I was told its a major car service. And now what I took my car in for still hasn't been fixed and is acting up. This year I serviced my car again for R10 000 after that major car "service" I'm told that what I took my car in for previously is messed up and I'm going to have to fix it. All of this in the space of about 14months so its about R34000 in total might as well have sold it and bought a new car. To top it all off the new repairs are estimated at about R10 000!!! Deeply dissatisfied with the after motor plan service from Dodge I think they rip off consumers badly especially the branch in Sandton which I subsequently found out only handles minor services yet they attempted to do a major service on mine, messing it up many times.
