Pathetic service

I've had to resort to posting here as after many phonecalls and emails, I have still not resolved my issue.
The service I have received from both sales and service departments has been absolutely appalling and I'm quite sad that I ever purchased a vehicle from this dealer and maybe even the brand itself.
