BAD SERVICES

I went on line for a qoute on a car rental the next thing my money was debited and i was told that i can only be refunded R700.00 out of R2006.00 plus 16.30... Those people are ripping people of and i was told thta my money will be in in 5 days while it took them 2seconds to debit my money..and when i asked for a qoute there was no part about a credit car and all of a sudden the also tell my about a credit car... I want my money back
