Give me back my deposit

We hired a car from you. My policy number is 1857571
I put down a R2000 deposit. From that about R350 was used for petrol and R60 for some fee.
The rest you promised to return.
We returned your car about 3 weeks ago now I think it is. Yet you keep quiet about the deposit. It seems you were hoping we would forget about this. This is not the first time you tried to us.
I phoned on friday about the money you owe us and the person said they'd phone us back, but once again, you choose to keep quiet. I phoned again today, the person asked me to hold on, but she took so long I had to put down, even the background music had long stopped playing.
Honestly I'm just appalled that a company like you is allowed to do business. Twice now you have tried to me.
After the first incident, I thought maybe it was an honest mistake, but twice! You are not fooling anyone!
