Bad tempered owner... be warned!

Took my car in for a specific problem, misfiring and unusual noise. Two days and almost R5000-00 later, the problem is exactly the same. Late service and even rats were blamed. Took the car in for the second time, two days later and they haven't even looked at it yet. When I asked when I can expect a diagnosis or any feedback, I was shouted at and blamed for being impatient and must wait until they come back to me, no suggestion of when this might happen. It turned out that the engine mounting is broken and caused the noise and shuddering, and not misfiring. I found the owner very, very bad mannered and fetched my car back. I will have it repaired somewhere else...
