I sold my Merc 350 CDI to Mercedes Bloemfontein. Hennie Nel was the sales rep. The vehicle was sold and supposedly paid by Mercedes on 7 December 2012. The new owner has been driving it since not understanding why Merc cant hand him the papers... Today 29 January, 2013 after 3 payments went through my bank account the car was settled. I was told by Hennie in the beginning of January my bank MFC was making a mistake the car was settled. After numerious unreturned phone calls I went to Hennie this time I was told the wrong vehicle was settled... I was then refered to Mariena Botha who told me the car wasn't settled due to some documents that was not sighned. Strange the new "owner" has been driving my car since 7 December... poor he is obviously still waiting for the papers, I can only imagine the Hennie is feeding him.
