We arrived at Weiss Toti Volkswagen dealers in a rain storm with one of our windscreen wipers not functioning properly. We were on our way home from a coastal holiday. We could not travel any further and Peejay and his technician - think his name was Gavin - saw to our problem straight away so that we could continue on our trip home.
