Poor Service at VW Weiss Durban

This complaint is dedicated to Weiss VW Durban, specifically to sales executive Jerome Rampersad and the team that surrounds him.

Long story short - DO NOT BUY from them unless you are willing to :

call the dealership a countless number of times,
be told that your call will be returned (but never does).
being promised many things which is clearly non-deliverable,
being told that the sales executives are busy,
wait a while for a quote,
wait a while for a tax invoice,
buy a GTI (that's the only time you will get a callback or reasonable service)
being asked to take time off for delivery of a vehicle,
see the true value of a middle class customer.

These are, but only a few, reasons why I suggest you go to any other VW dealership in Durban other than Weiss VW Durban. Only a few dishonest, unreliable and inconsistent people, like Jerome, can rob VW Weiss from being a powerful and recognised establishment.
