New Jeep Compass do not comply to spesifications

John Williams motors Bloemfontein sold a new Jeep Compass to me in May 2013 under the pretence that the car was fitted with a tire flat monitor. 18 000 km later I found out that the car was not fitted with this system. For the past 4 weeks I am trying to get a solution to this problem. Mr Pienaar, principal of John Williams motors, phoned me twice. First to apologise and secondly to notify me that they will replace my new car with a demo model fitted with the tire warning system, and that I have to pay for the kilos om my car. I was not satisfied with the offer because I am not willing to pay for the kilos on my own car. Since that call Mr Pienaar never phoned me back. He did not make any efford to fix the problem. I reported this matter to Jeep SA. Even they could not get any commitment or reaction from him. I am deeply shocked with the ignorance that he displayed towards my complaint.
