CAR REGISTRATION WRONGFULLY DONE

Morning Sir/Madam

I bought a car in 2008 at Global Menlyn and the dealership registered the my car under someone name by the dealership and I went several times to show them that the car isn't registered under my name. The guys are busy sending me from pillar to post and I can't do my licence disk. I don't even know the guy who the car is registered under. Please help me because know one is willing to fix this problem and I'm stuck, I use my car to do my business and my client are waiting. It has been three week now waiting since I have been to there dealership
