I have been querying my rental since 8 November 2013, with NO joy from anyone in your call centre or branchs. From Solly, to Wandile to Johan, Lauren and even Mr Supervisor MANDLA!!! I have been sending emails, making endless calls to get to the bottom of the incorrectly billed rental. the staff mentioned above ALL made empty promises or just did not bother to get back to me with feedback with regards to my unhappiness. Then the attitude from the supervisor was basically in my own words "I refunded you so whats your problem". I can not believe there are people like these in the CUSTOMER CARE enviroment when not one of them took care of me as a client. Knowing what customer service is about it disgusts me to see or experience such POOR service from such a well known company! I wouldnt recommend anyone to use your service and being our Company's travel co-ordinator, you are surely removed from my list of rental and transfer options!!!
