No spare keys, rear view mirror not functional

Bought a car in august and did not receive good service at all. It was a demo car and it was not cleaned, it was very dirty when i came to pick it up. The car had several faults of which he said it was not in his department to sort it out as he is just a sales man and its last used ca as he is receriving so much compalints about the car. I was forced to take the white car instead of the Midnight grey that was agreed on. The car does not have a spare key it was promised to me last year in september, still no luck with it. The car is making funny noises and the tryes were not roadworthy. But Njabulo claimed that it was inpected by the AA and would not have registered. Im really upset and unhappy. trully unhappy. The new car was cheaper than the 2nd hand but he said it was expensive it was better for me to get the second hand
