Worst service in history

My car was hit by taxi at the back while in traffic convoy.my car was stationery as traffic was moving slow. the only part damaged was the back light and bumper. also the corner front bumper because i hit the car in front of me.submitted car to them on the 3rd December 2012, even up to today i havent received my car. in december i was given a reason that parts center in vw closed for festive period. now when im making calls, phones just ring without answer. and when somebody ultimately answers, she take my details but no one ever calls me back. For such a small thing its taking them 2 months to fix. I can just imagine if it was a big thing how long my car would have been with them. its the worst service i have ever came across. Never even heard of them
