Tiresome is what I've felt and continue to feel, on Monday November 1st, the part came and they were supposedly working on the car when we called. With no call backs promised as usual from Mon to Tue, on Wednesday I get a hold on Anthony and he tells me a story about Fuel pump and Fuel line which he proceeded to let me know on Fri it will be here. Today is Wednesday, no car, no word, no courtesy, no service just more and more. I cannot tell you how much of an inconvenience this has been and continue to be, how much money I have used since and how much faith I've lost in both yourselves and KIA your partner in whatever. The Germiston branch, I do not understand how they are still in business, I don't even think I want that car back- if I was not paying for it still, i'd probably tell you to keep it since you not willing to truly show real service to your distressed customers. There truly is much you need to learn about customer service and the path you currently is definitely the wrong one, the first mistake was LYING, once you start lying you have to cover that with another and another - the cycle continues. There is just a never ending story to this. I need a vehicle
