I am writing a complaint on behalf of one of my employees Collen Mtetwa he had his BMW repaired at this garage for a computer problem. He has done this twice alredy and same results again they want to charge him R5000 where as he had alredy paid R22000 for a new computer box last year. He is starting to get frustrated as his car has been there for four months now and my feeling is he shouldnt be held liable for this.
