I accepted the quote because they were the cheapest. Big mistake. I sent a detailed inventory and made sure everything was 100% ready for them to load. First issue, on their request I said it's ok to move on the 1st November 2013 and not as planned on the 2nd, they only arrived at 13H15 because delays and to my utter shock they arrived with a 4x4 bakkie and a closed trailer and not a removal truck. The staff consisted of a driver/ packer, a checker and 2 packers who were clearly casual from a foreign country with no experience. The pack was done and they left at 15H15 saying they had to stop in PTA to collect a payment and then they would leave for Middelburg MP where I was moving to. I left Midrand at 16H00 and they only arrived at 22H30 with only the driver/ packer and checker and they had to get a passer-by off the street to help unpack and I had to help as well or they would never get done. I was just so happy to get my stuff that I left it at that. They do not have the trucks they advertise on their site and they are in no way a company that can even be thought of as worthy was giving your money to. I have made peace that I made a mistake and that's all I can do. BE AWARE!!!
