Pathetic service as well as problematic brand new

I purchased a brand new vehicle on the 30th July 2013, 1st of august the account was opened and i have been finding faults with the vehicle ever since such as air is not working, the bonnet was not aligned the window at the back is missing some kids of rubber that when you close it, it makes a banging sound, the nozzle for the air is broken, the seats clips are broken, i have been notifying Lamond since day one that i noticed these problems and Pieter Ferreria the sales manager who notified me that the are just waiting for a loan car and they will get back to me, they did not, i kept sending reminder mails and making calls all evident in black and white which is printed and with me on the 5th of November my car got towed it started having a burnt smell and the breaks where locking, noting on the invoice that i had just below full tank of petrol when i got it back it was below half, 13 nov they dropped car off at my home i told the driver i can still get that burning smell i then got into the car and drove to work getting stuck on the way, now they say i must pay out of my pocket because of reckless driving, which i do not such.i refuse to take the car back under these terms
