I purchased a vehicle from Springs Nissan and they did not deliver and I waited a long time for them to even give me updates regarding progress vechile failed roadworthy due to additional problems, I purchased the vechile cash and after a week of still not receiving my vechile I decided to stop the deal as I have not signed any documentation and requested a refund this was on the 6th of Nov and today is the 15th and according to Nissan money would reflect in my account on Tuesday the 12th I have not received my refund as yet, I have been hearing different stories from the dealership the first one was that it was not authorised and know it is the bank that is not releasing the money. This is a major issue and it is being dealt with poorly
