EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!

My car was in a bumper bashing and fortunately my policy covered a courtesy car.

Wow, Avis had a beautiful Toyota (almost brand new) ready for me upon arrival.
Car was clean, full of petrol and me very nervous to drive an almost brand new car...

I loved every minute driving it... The staff was very friendly and courteous.
An aerial was from the top of the car (attended a funeral where it could have happened)...
I just could not afford to pay for a replacement and they waived any responsibility on my part.

As I have just gone through two maintenance court cases and sat with a huge legal bill, my dog passed on the week before and had to pay a whopping (R1 900.00) for euthenasia and cremation, this meant the world to me not be held liable for this loss. Being human and to have empathy for your customers will win respect from your clients and spread the word in a country where there is hardly any integrity and compassion in Government.
