Exaust

Hi! I had an emergency and had to use my car to durban which resulted in the milage going 112km above 100000km. The exaust is badly rusted and the baffels are noisy. I took it to kia and they told me that it was out of warranty by exceeding the milage and they would do a special claim as they do with other clients whitch is once off. They foned me today and advised me that they will pay 50 percent and I should pay over 3000 rand and I suppose they stil making a profit. Surely they should consider the milage it takes to get to them and the fact that the exaust was damaged before 100 000kms. I was told that the exaust costs more than 9000 rands. Is this a rip off or wat? They hiding behind policy and I'm not at all happy. I'm goin to sell up and buy vw! I think this amounts to a warranty claim and not any special claims. Disgusted by greed.
