I recently bought a secondhand Mercedes, and needing a Mercedes mechanic, found Shine On Motors through a Gumtree advert. When I first called them their landlines were down, and they were only contactable by cell. I almost decided to not risk using an unknown business with dodgy telephone contacts. However, after speaking to Owen (the owner) regarding the problem I had with my car, I booked my car in with them.

They collected my car from my office in Milnerton, delivered it back to me at the end of the day, and eveyrthing they promised was delivered - plus more (pressure testing done for at no charge). The car had also been cleaned, a bonus for me.

I used them again yesterday, and when they delivered the vehicle they gave me a run-down of all other problem areas to look at in the future - nothing critical at present, but a "nice to know" list to keep in mind.

This is a small business which sets the example for all other small business looking to achieve success.
