Drunk driver rodde into my sons Golf, which is his only means of transport. The damage was major, but Barry went out of his way to ensure that the Golf was not wriiten off and rather repaired as this would have meant a big loss for my son. Bev handled the admin side and when we could not collect the car, she offered to deliver the car to the house. They have gone the Extra mile for sure.
