Poor roadside assistance

Accidentally locked my car keys in the boot of my 2012 BMW 320d. Immediately phoned BMW road side assistance, whom informed me that nobody in the province can open the vehicle. One hour later, I received a call from a locksmith in Pretoria (which is 300km away) and whom will charge me approximatly R3500 to open the vehicle. BMW roadside assistance warned me that because there is no accredited BMW locksmith in Mpumalanga, if anyone else opens my car and damages the lock, I will not be allowed to use the maintenance plan to repair. Quess what, I found a very professional and helpful locksmith in Nelspruit whom opened my car without any damages at a cost of R650.

I travelled from Gauteng to attend a funeral in White River. Without BMW's assistance, I was still in time for the service.
