I had an accident and my car was written off. I ordered a new car and yesterday it was available at the dealer for collection. I called David and explained that I cannot collect and asked if they can deliver. He called back and said that they cannot due to company policies, but they can send driver to collect me. After a while he called and said that the driver was stuck in traffic and that he would personally come and fetch me. Just a quick word on that. I stay approx. 30km from the dealer. He made my day by assisting..
