Service? What service?

I've had a package flown in due to its urgency. It arrived in SA on Monday and since then I've been trying to get the package through clearance. Today is Thursday and I've phoned at least 10 times every day leaving messages, holding on the line for ages at a time and not once being able to reach the supposed agent responsible for the clearance (Koke). Supervisors are permanently unavailable and don't return phone calls. Is anybody even working at TNT?
