Billing of Petrol to Credit Card

I have been billed for petrol, after I have filled up with fuel of R180.00 on return of car. I queried this with Yashica from Thrifty in Durban on the 9th of October 2013, Yashica replied to my mail saying I must give her until 11 October to speak to her Manager and she will then revert back to me. Today 7 November, I queried again with yashica and her response is below.

I have discussed the charge with my Manager we unfortunately cannot do anything without a fuel slip.
I have attached a copy of your invoice where you drove 197ks. As a courtesy to the next client we always
re-fuel our vehicles. You were the first renter to hire this vehicle.
The I10 that we rented out to you is a brand new vehicle.
