I booked our car in for maintenance and from the start to the end Sifiso showed an attitude that was exemplary. One can see that he enjoys his job and respects people. He kept in constant contact from the the moment a call was made to book the car in. He even gently mentioned that an upgrade to my maintenance plan would be beneficial to me - that showed loyalty to his company and diligence towards his customer. When I returned to collect the car, I sat quietly without telling anyone who I was as I was early and I did not want to put anyone under pressure - he noticed that I was sitting at the Bistro and he came over - knew my name (Considering they have a full list of clients) and greeted me - just because he could the whole experience confirms that Mercedes is the only way to go.
