My wife drives a XUV500 with which she was involved in a smash and grab incident. The passenger side windows was broken. Upon contacting Mahindra Alberton, they told us that they have no stock and would have to order from head office. In order to speed things up we contacted head office. They informed us that their warehouse is moving and the "system" is offline. A week later the system is still offline. This is absolutely unacceptable as their response is that they can not do anything until it is online and we just have to wait.
