Payment of money

Cars & Transport

We had a Mercedes Benz Sprinter. The crankshaft broke. My husband phoned Unitruck and spoke to Paris. According to Paris, there was a crankshaft in stock. We deposited an amount of R1500 in order to keep the crankshaft for us. That was in May 2013. In June 2013, we sold the Mercedes Benz Sprinter as is, due to varies reasons. We send an email to Unitruck to inform them that our vehicle has been sold and we put in an request that they pay our R1500 back. Nobody came back with an answer. After a few phone calls and emails we still didn't receive any answers. The last call we made to them was on the 28th of October 2013. They promise to pay our money on the 31st of October 2013.I phoned them on the 1st of November to hear why there is no money paid into my account and the answer is: I DON'T KNOW. According to Maritza (the accountant), Paris is in and out of the office, and he is the only 1 with answers. Then I phoned him on his cell phone. His excuse was that he is busy and then he told me that he never had the crankshaft in stock, but he had to order and pay for the crankshaft in May 2013.Up to now there is no money paid into my account and also no answers. Is Unitruck genuine?
