No Service

I had problems with my car and took it to Audi. They found the problem but I did not ha the finances to get it fixed. They cleaned my car and never replaced a cover that was in my car. I have been there twice to ask if they have the cover, but everytime I have to wait for the service manager who does not pitch to speak to me. no one else want to help. I am normaly there before 4pm and waited until 5-5:30pm without seeing the service manager. I tink they service is bad and I will never go there again.
