Audi south africa dont wanna take responsibility

I'm driving an Audi A3, which i have to book for repairs for every 500 km i drive and now they want to tell me that i should still have trust on their service for the past 12 month i took it to audi menlyn, fourways and rustenburg and still no one can actually resolve the problem and they still dont want to accept it is a factory fault, AUDI SA call centre told me that the relevant manager that i should speak to is very busy for me as a customer i was shoked i just have to take my matter to SABC speak out because i dont want the car anymore and i will even never encouraged someone to buy an audi after what i have experienced with their product and threatment shuuuu this is very disappointing. they told me the relevant manager is Sfiso but the guys is no where to be found to actually resolve my issues.
