Brand new car endless problems

I purchased a brand new BMW320i in 2011 .THe first problem I had was that I asked for a white car somehow the factory got the colour wrong and wanted me to take that car, I insisted on a white one I was told it would take months to get what i wanted but they had another "brand new car" that was white that I could have. I took this car and my life has been ever since. At 5000K my airconditioner packed up (Hoses) at 5700km Exhaust system at 18000 shift quality in D at 18000 solenoid valve for camshaft at 29000 standard scope CBS at front axle brake noise .29000 top up aircon gas .50000km performance low -deep-slight 53000 park break adjustment .53000 oil consumption too high .54000 CAS system electronic fault. Car cannot start had to be towed to BMW .Still has electronic problem cannot figure out what the prblem is but I must drive it until the error pops up again as per BMW northcliff [URL Removed] to JSN and they have no solution for me they will call me in the morning!!!
