Hi there, I'm referring to my post on Hellopeter from the 28/30th of May.

I had my next service (6000km - the 50% discounted one as per 28 May Hellopter post) I followed your instructions and gave the hellopeter notice of the 50% discount to the branch manager (Bernard) when I booked my scooter in for the service. They asked for anything specific to check: REPLACE the breaks (Someone at Big Boy CBD warned me about the brakes on a previous occasion - hence me asking for it to be REPLACED now) I also mentioned that my scooter back fires from time to time, they should please check it out and fix that. Its been about 2 weeks after my service now, I haven't driven it much since, but I can say for sure my brakes has NOT been replaced and my scooter is STILL back firing.

To me it seems like they just gave me the 50% discount and did minimal work on the scooter (because they don't want to give me discounted pricing should something else be fixed or replaced). Johannes couldn't even give me a proper answer as to what has been fixed, when I left. Apparently there was no need for anything to be replaced. I hate that I'm being taken advantage of because I'm female. When will this ever stop!
