Giving a cheaper quote and charging more

I made a quotation with Africa Removals to remove my stuff from Durban to Kempton park. They gave me a quotation of R2300 which included 2 double beds this is on email. I then told the guy who was helping me by the name of Clayton that i need to change i am not going to be taking 2 beds but i will take one and instead of that bed i am putting in 5 boxes and he said it was okay. The guys came and took some stuff and then when they came to deliver i found out that they have charged me R500 extra and when i called they told me that it was for the extra stuff that i included while i told them that i was replacing 1 bed with small boxes which are not even half the size of the bed. When i called Clayton Coetzee he told me that i must pay the money and he hung up on me. The guys who were supposed to deliver took my stuff with them; they still havent delivered. I feel that this company deceives consumers and give them wrong quotations. I asked them whats the point of having a quotation if they can just change it without informing the customer and Clayton said to me i didnt ask but i feel that it was his duty as a service provider to inform me of any changes to the quotation prio.
