Excellent service

I just want to thank Ronaldo for excellent service. A year ago i bought my Polo and after a few months the steering gave trouble. Barons took in my motor and replaced all the troubled parts. No hassle, one day, was given a lift to work and fetched again. Ronaldo called me three times that day to make sure I was aware of the problem and how they were going to fix it. My car was returned spotless and drove even better than before. Last week i took my car for a service. Unfortunately i could not hand in my car due to meetings, my wife took in the car. We asked if we can make arrangements for some body to take her to work as it is in century city, they escorted my wife to Century city, WOW!!! Again i was called and informed. On arrival like before i was greeted with a smile, explained what was fixed and drove off. I have never experienced customer service like this before and doubt that I ever will. Friendly, excellent customer service. I guess that today we as customers do not really expect that... The point is, I always get the feeling that i get more from Barons than i am paying for... Never happened to me before that i felt i got more than i payed for, twice! Great stuff!!!
