We booked a car for 7am at Lanseria airport. We arrive at 7am to find no one at the office. The security guards told us that the manager or whomever sometime arrives at 7am or on some days 8am. If they only open at 8am then why is there an option to book a car at 7am? Then to put the cherry on top I try calling the "24 hour" call centre and no one answers, I waited for 15min until giving up. You should change the 24 hour call centre to working hours if no one is answering calls just by the way. Over all they have made us late for very nb appointments and I DONT recommend this service to anyone. It is disgusting.
