Ripped off under ransom holding

Quoted and accepted for a volume of 1739 cubic feet and at a cost of R7 326.00.
Truck send to transport belongings could only load 1500 cubic feet. Size and photograph of truck taken in presence of SAPS.
Pay up at delivery R9 426.45 for 2100 cubic feet that was loaded in a 1500 cubic feet truck. Impossible!!!
Held to ransom? Tired, need your belongings, attitude of head office appalling!
Difference between 1500 and 2100 cubic feet is a cost of R3 000, 00.
Never use this company they hold you to ransom when you can not defend you.
