Bad Service from Kia Brits

I took my Kia Sedona Reg: HNH779NW in due to Engine Noise after previous clutch repair work.
They lodge an internal claim for new clutch and flywheel.
After many weeks I don't get any feedback.
Then I personally travelled to Brits and talk to the Spares Manager. He told me the spares is on order and He will give me feedback.
So after 2 months and 2 weeks I still had not receive any feedback.
Then 2 weeks ago I phoned the Spares Manager and told me they are still waiting for some of the Spares. He also told me his Kia Area Manager is comming the next day and he will discuss the situation with him and give me feedback!
To date I did not receive any calls or feedback from Kia since the 1st time I took the vehicle in.
I know have lost 3 months of my Maintenance Contract.

This situation is unacceptable to me.
Altough happy with my 2nd Kia Sedona, I will never buy a Kia Motor Vehicle again, due to Bad service and always unavalibility of Spares.
