No Price Barcodes And High Prices

Hi there, I had a incident on 2 occasions where by I bought a Cadbury slab chocolate just a normal size one that I paid R18.50 for, I mean is this even norrmal? I confronted the owner and he told me they are not a Engen garage they just carry they're name the shop is his own and not a Quick shop. There are no prices on they're stock and R18.50 for a normal slab is heavily overcharged. :(
