WORST SERVICE EVER!!!

I have a Mitsubishi Pajero... The service at Cargo are NOT 10/10 as they like to display it all over their workshop... rather -10/10... I have been doing business with them for 7 years... there were never ONE day where I could say I had been satisfied... They always have an answer for everything although you are the person driving your car EVERY day... no you are the wrong one... They always order the wrong parts never mind the switchboard that kept me on the line for 5min... I hang up, I mean for how long am I going to stay on the line?? That on the other hand is IF they answer the phone!!!
