Bought a car that needed alot of unseen attention

I bought a Mercedes from Value Vehicles a few months ago and since purchase it has given me problems, the vehicles rims were cracked on the inside, they had cheap oil in the engine which was burning away as you drive, oil running out of the front right shock absorber and the list goes on... took it to Mercedes Benz dealer for an average quality check and repair quote comes to R 37 329.85. I am now sitting with a car that is useless to me and is now sitting in the garage because its too risky and unsafe to drive and I don't have R 37 k lying around to spend on vehicle repairs. When I told him it was his responsibility to repair these things he said he will see me in court, so now lets see what the courts decide. That is my story so please do not make the same mistake that I have, have your vehicle checked out by the agents properly and do not take any dealers word for the condition the car is in.
